Whenever we research and test a hosting provider, we always focus on customer support. As of now, we are not impressed with JustHost's customer support service.
Whenever we have contacted the JustHost team via live chat, we have always had to wait a long time to get a response. All other top-notch hosting providers give you an instant response via live chat.
Apart from this, when you get a response from JustHost's engineers, the results don't satisfy you.
However, amidst all this, there are two things that I really liked about customer support. First - All the engineers of JustHost are very polite.
Second - when you end the conversation after talking to the engineer via live chat, you are allowed to download the Transcript.
What we mean by transcript is that you are allowed to download a file that contains a copy in text format of all conversations between you and JustHost's engineer.
